Farm Manager

Jetson grew up in Palm Beach County. He moved to San Francisco to attend college in 2001 and became interested in regenerative farming and food security while living there. He received his certificate in ecological horticulture from the Center for Agroecology and Sustainable Food Systems at UC Santa Cruz in 2007 and has spearheaded and managed multiple urban educational farms throughout the United States. Jetson joined the Westgate Community Farm in 2019.

Jetson is passionate about working with the community to improve environmental, food, and community health.

Assistant Farm Manager

Rodolfo has worked in agriculture most of his life. He grew up in a rural area of his home land of Guatemala. Like many people in Guatemala, Rodolfo moved to the United States to seek economic oppurtunities to support his family.

Rodolfo has been part of the Westgate Farm crew since 2018. His interests focus on community organizing, food sovereignty, and the need to produce clean food.

Farm Intern

Andoni has been part of the Westgate Community Farm team since January 2022 as our intern. Andoni has always had an interest in regenerative farming, concious environmental practices, and communal health. As part of the Westgate farm, Andoni has had the oppurtunity toput such values into practice whilelearning the nuances of the trade.
